DuraVilla USA homes employ a highly efficient, state-of-the-art Structured Insulated Panel (SIP) Building System.  This system reduces time-to-build, and provides unparalleled ongoing energy savings.

Below you will find all of our current home models.  If you're interested in a model not currently shown, or even a different elevation style, please contact us.  We'll be happy to discuss your desires to determine feasibility and cost. 

Over time, we will add more models/elevations/building systems to our portfolio.  When we do, we will post a "DuraVilla USA News" item on our website.  If you'd like to be kept up-to-date on developments in model availability, please go to our "Contact Us" page and let us know.  We keep all our customers/subscribers in the loop when something new and exciting happens at DuraVilla USA!

NOTE:  plans & drawings for our new Modular Bunkhouse line are in the works.  We'll post them here as soon as they're available. 

Prices shown are for the home kit only.  However, we can build any of these homes for you, if you wish.  Construction costs are dependent on many different factors including location, terrain, etc.  Please contact us and we will work with you to estimate construction costs for your home in your desired location.
